The strawberry flavor is mild enough that my toddler actually asks for brushing time now, and the papaya leaf extract leaves her mouth feeling clean without any weird aftertaste. Knowing it's EWG Verified and 98.8% naturally derived makes me feel a lot better about the inevitable swallow.
