The citrus scent is bright without being overpowering, and it’s held up through a full month of towels and sheets. This refill bottle lasted way longer than the 80 loads promised, so the value is hard to beat. My clothes come out soft but not coated, which is exactly what I wanted.
I was skeptical about a plant-based softener, but the 80-load refill outlasted my old bottle and the towels came out noticeably fluffier without that waxy coating. The citrus top note fades fast enough that it doesn't clash with my usual detergent, which I appreciate.
